It all started back in 2022. I had a dream — to find a piece of land in Aegina, a place that had quietly captured my heart. Living in Athens, this wasn’t a simple task. Every day, I was on the phone, chasing listings, trying to decode vague directions, and squeezing day trips into an already full schedule just to see what was out there.

There were moments of hope, followed by setbacks. Some visits ended in disappointment. Some days, I wondered if I was chasing something too far out of reach. But deep down, I knew: I wasn’t going to give up. I could see it so clearly — one day, I’d stand on my own land.

And then, that day came.

I saw this land. At first glance, it wasn’t perfect. But something shifted the moment I stepped onto it. I took a breath — a deep, grounding breath. I felt the wind, the silence, the freedom. It wasn’t just land. It was mine. It was peace. It was the beginning.

The beginning of the DreamHouse.
